Connor S. Flaherty

Connor’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, start up formations, legal entity governance, securities and commercial contracts.

Connor began his legal career in the Boston office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Connor earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law in 2019 and B.B.A.s in Finance and Management from The University of Iowa in 2016.

Outside of his legal practice, Connor is boldly committed to fitness, snowboarding, exploring the outdoors and spending quality time with his wife.
