Kavi Ramocan

Kavi’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities, business formations and governance. Kavi advises a diverse clientele, ranging from innovative start-ups to well-established enterprises seeking growth opportunities in emerging markets.

Kavi earned his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law and holds an LL.M. in International Business Transactions, focusing on International Tax and Corporate Law, from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Prior to joining Bold Legal, Kavi served as an International Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young LLP and as the founder of his own legal consultancy, Ramocan Legal, PLLC.

Kavi is boldly committed to road trips with his wife and being all-in for crunch time when the game is on the line.
