Megan Roeckel

Megan’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, start-up formations, legal entity governance and commercial contracts.

Megan began her legal career in the San Francisco Bay Area as a contracts manager for Rakuten USA, Inc. and later interned at Cisco in their mergers and acquisitions team. Megan earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2022 and a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of California, Berkeley in 2017.

When she is not working, Megan is boldly committed to outdoor rock climbing with her husband, hiking with her dogs and perfecting her chocolate chip cookie recipe.
