Peter takes a multidisciplinary approach to protecting, exploiting, and safely using intellectual property assets. Peter analyzes, drafts and negotiates intellectual property and commercial agreements. Peter has represented clients of all sizes in diverse industries such as financial services, resorts, real estate, and mobile apps and other technologies.
Peter has practiced law in Colorado for over twenty years. He started his legal career at a Denver intellectual property law boutique, and went on to practice at Davis, Graham & Stubbs, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and most recently at Dorsey & Whitney.
Peter graduated from the University of Colorado Law School in 1995 and from Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and worked as an engineer for a defense contractor in Northern Virginia before law school.
Peter is boldly committed to rock climbing in Colorado and traveling to climb elsewhere.
