Stefan Andreev

Stefan’s* practice focuses on securities, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and ESG matters. Stefan advises private companies, public companies, and nonprofit clients across a range of industries including technology, biotech, retail, manufacturing, shipping, and banking. Informed by his business operations experience, Stefan takes a pragmatic approach towards assisting clients with achieving their goals.

Stefan began his legal career in the Corporate and Securities groups of Perkins Coie LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in Portland, Oregon. Stefan earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2020 and his B.S., summa cum laude, from the University of Oregon in 2011. Prior to attending law school, Stefan managed large-scale catering and banquet operations at the Nike World Headquarters and Intel.

Stefan is boldly committed to riding and fixing motorcycles, attending concerts, reading fiction, and hiking.
